Therapy locations and times
I offer therapy face to face in my home office in Birch, near Colchester. Therapy can also be offered online or by phone if you have a preference for this or are isolating.
Therapy sessions are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the day. All sessions last 50 minutes.
Therapy fees
If you are self funding for therapy, each 50 minute individual or couple therapy session costs £95. I accept cash or you can arrange to pay by bank transfer.
I am also registered to accept health insurance referrals from Bupa.
Rates for external organisations are arranged individually depending on the requirements of the work. Please contact me for further details.
